Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Launches Foundation FIAP

Congratulations to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank on launching its Foundation Financial Inclusion Action Plan 2024-2025. With a focus on fair access to services, its first FIAP aims to support its 2.4 million customers, staff, and communities by providing inclusive banking services and communication channels. 

Over the next year its actions will build on existing activities and bring new ideas that progress financial and digital inclusion. This Foundation FIAP is well aligned to its sustainability strategy by emphasizing digital inclusion and social change for a financially sustainable future. It includes 23 actions across the action areas: products and services, financial capability, understanding financial vulnerability, and economic security. It signals a significant step towards a more inclusive financial landscape, demonstrating a commitment to progress and customer-centric values.
