In 2019 and 2020, QBE partnered with Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand to develop its first foundation FIAP which contained 29 initiatives designed to improve financial inclusion for its customers, community partners, suppliers and employees. In 2023, QBE Australia embarked on a second iteration of its Foundation FIAP.
