Meli (formerly Bethany Group and BCYF)

Meli (formerly Bethany Community Support Inc.) is an independent, not-for-profit community services organisation providing high-quality support services for women, men, children, and families living in the Barwon and Southwest regions of Victoria.  

Meli provides flexible and responsive intake service considers the complexity needs and connects them to the most appropriate service, or services, from a broad range of programs which include children and family services, whole-of-family family violence services, disability support services (we are an NDIS provider), financial counselling and support, gambler’s help, housing services, and emergency relief.  

The Meli team value people and community, and work together to support children, families, and individuals to be the best they can, develop secure relationships and participate in their community. 

As a key service provider of financial counselling across the region, our involvement in FIAP is a perfect fit, as it allows us to also align our work regarding hardship prevention, particularly in the gambling help space.
