Our Build Financial Inclusion Action Plan (2025-2028) highlights the progress achieved since our Foundational FIAP in 2021 and outlines the actions we are taking to improve accessibility of insurance for more Australians, seeking to responsibly address the barriers preventing Australians from accessing insurance, while ensuring all customers are treated equitably.
We look forward to maturing our Build FIAP over the coming three years and evolving our business to ensure commitments and actions make a sustainable contribution to the communities in which we operate, while providing greater protection and economic security for the customers we serve.
